  • Tweetbot for iPhone and iPad gets a new ‘Behaviours’ menu in the latest update.
  • The change brings more control over how you can personalise the Twitter client.

Tapbots have released version 6.3 of TweetBot for iOS with a new icon, keyboard shortcuts and ‘Behaviours’ menu.

This menu lets you customise TweetBot to your liking, where you can tweak how the app works and the functions of different parts of the UI.

For example, swiping on a tweet can now be configured to instead link to the tweet, copy text, add to a reading list or can be disabled completely. Another option disables the ability to tap the status bar to return to the top of the app. TweetBot 6.3 also includes a new light theme, a new ‘DJ’-themed app icon and new keyboard shortcuts on the iPad app.

Download TweetBot from the App Store for free. You’ll need to subscribe monthly or annually to unlock all features. The free plan limits you to read-only access.
