What to expect from Apple's upcoming 2021 events
- Six major new products coming this year.
- This year’s new MacBook Pro’s will feature a major design overhaul.
- The iPad Mini and 9th Gen iPads to see some minor improvements.
The next upcoming Apple event is set for September, and we're expecting four brand new iPhone 13 models. With 120 Hz promotion displays, camera improvements, the a15 chip, and improved 5G, alongside this new iPhone 13 the Apple Watch Series 7 and AirPods 3 will also be revealed.
The Apple Watch Series 7 will see some major design changes this year and a similar design to the iPhone 12. The AirPods three will look very similar to the AirPods Pro but without active noise cancellation, which will allow Apple to sell them for a lower price.
The second and last event for this year will be the October/November event. These events are usually focused on iPads and Macs. Apple will be releasing new MacBook Pros, a 14 and 16 inch. These machines will feature a significant design overhaul, which we haven’t seen since 2016 on the MacBook Pro line.
These new MacBook Pros will also have physical function keys instead of the Touch Bar and will be using the new upgraded M1X Apple Silicon chips with a 10 core CPU that will feature eight high-performance cores and two energy efficient cores along with a 16 core or 32 core GPU, with options for up to 64 gigs of RAM.
A brand new iPad Mini will also be coming in 2021 and there have been rumors that this iPad will feature a larger 8.5 to 9 inch display. This new iPad will also feature a similar design to last year's, with some minor improvements in other places.,
Last but not least is Apple’s ninth generation low-cost iPad, which will feature a 10.2 inch display and a thinner build. Other than those improvements, this iPad will be pretty much the same as last year's.
