Another Apple Event is coming on November 10th
- Apple’s next event will be on 11.10, at 10 a.m. PDT
- Apple is expected to announce next-generation Macs with Apple Silicon
- It’s still unclear which Mac will be the first to have Apple Silicon
- AirPods Studio and AirTags may also be announced at the event
Apple has today announced their third fall 2020 event - which will be held on Tuesday, November 10 at 10:00 a.m. in Cupertino, California. The event will be held in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park, but will be completely digital - similar to the September and October events that saw the debut of new Apple Watches, iPhones, and other products.
As you may already know, October and November have been busy months for Apple. They have released Apple Watch Series 6, a fourth-generation iPad Air, an eighth-generation iPad, and the iPhone 12 lineup - complete with 4 different models. This November event is expected to be focused around the Mac, with Apple introducing the first Apple Silicon Mac. Many fans and journalists were quick to point out that the marketing materials Apple is using is also highly suggestive of this.
It’s still unclear which model of Mac will be the first to get Apple Silicon, but rumors suggest Apple is working on a new version of MacBook Air (or possibly the revival of the 12-inch MacBook), so the range of low-cost MacBooks may see an update first. There have also been rumors circulating about the possibility of a new 24-inch iMac or a 14-inch MacBook, so there are many possibilities.
There have also been rumors that Apple may be introducing AirPods Studio - Apple’s first pair of over-the-ear headphones, and AirTags - a tracking accessory that uses Bluetooth to locate any important item.
