Apple releases watchOS 7.6.1
- watchOS 7.6.1 is available with bug fixes and a security patch
Apple has released watchOS 7.6.1, which fixes the IOMobileFrameBuffer security hole, similar to the iOS/iPadOS 14.7.1 patch.
watchOS 7.6 was released last week with support for the ECG app and irregular heart rate notifications in over 30 additional regions and was expected to be the last major update to watchOS 7 ahead of the public release of watchOS 8 later this year.
watchOS 7.6.1 is now available to download on the Apple Watch Series 3 and later.
