Apple’s online store gets a redesign
- After a short downtime, Apple updated its website.
- A new “Store” tab, has been added to the navigation bar at the top.
- The "Store" page has a similar design to the Apple Store app.
A new Store tab has been added to the navigation bar at the top of Apple's website. Clicking on it redirects to a dedicated online store page, where customers can purchase all kinds of Apple products. The new design looks almost the same as the design of the Apple Store app. The page promotes and highlights more accessories than the old Apple Store website. The new store page also includes current deals, like the Education pricing. On iOS devices, the site brings a smooth feeling and a great experience. Users on Twitter have also noticed that the site reminded them a little bit of the old store page in 2015.

(to be specific, it DID have a store tab, then it didn't for years and now it does again)

Clicking on a category card shows you all different product options, along with comparisons, Apple specialists, and accessories for the product. When clicked on the “Buy” button, it redirects to the standard purchase interface which can also be visited through any standard iPhone, iPad, Watch, or Mac category. Apple previously had a Store tab on its website, but it was removed with an earlier design. However, this return of the revamped Store tab will surely make it easy for customers to purchase, compare and even choose the right Apple product for themselves.
